Support Hearts?
Support Hearts are small pieces of fused glass art that fit perfectly in the palm of your hand. They are made to help you connect with, and show support for, your loved one going through very difficult times. Whether they are carried in a pocket, set on a hospital bedtable, or held through chemo, may they carry the true power of community and connection.
