Where do your products come from?
If this is glass, will it break?
We want to assure you that our hearts are properly annealed, or strengthened, which makes them quite durable! I will admit to having sent many a heart, accidently, through the wash without issue. Many hearts have also been dropped on the cement floor of our studio without incident. In fact we are so confident in the durability of our hearts we will replace yours should it ever chip or break.
Can you personalize my Support Heart?
We can't yet at this time, but hope to offer this service soon. You can sign up for email to be notified when customization is available. Please know that we only send out emails sparingly and when we feel it has some value to you.
What about shipping and delivery?
Currently we offer free shipping within the United States. Orders received by 4pm will ship within two business days, excluding holidays.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes! If you are unhappy with your Support Heart for any reason, please contact us to return for a full refund.
